Terms and Conditions
In the interest of both tutors and customers we have to stipulate the following Terms and Conditions that must adhered to.
1.Demand for our private tuition is high. Therefore we must stipulate to our customers that any cancellations on your part or alterations of pre-agreed lessons must be made at least 24 hours of the start time of the lesson. Failure to do this will result in the full lesson fee being charged. In the case of those who have purchased a block of lessons then each lesson cancelled within the 24-hour limit will count as a full lesson of that block.
2.Tutors are there to help with the educational development of students and they must be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Tutors will not tolerate abuse of any kind.
3.Tutors do not teach on an ‘adhoc’ basis, you will be offered a regular time slot by your Tutor of either once a week or once every other week. Failure to adhere to this will result in the termination of tuition.
4.Any work that is set by a tutor must be completed by the time allocated by the tutor
5.Tutors at Top Grade Tutoring will endeavour at all times to assist in an individual’s learning schedule. Achieving good results can only be achieved by a mixture of hard work, determination and cooperation on the part of the student.
6.Refunds for lessons will not be given under any circumstances. This includes the block booking of lessons.
7.The fees are non negotiable, the full lesson fee must be paid at the end of the lesson except in the case where a block booking has been made.
